Bill Biviano is a 43-year veteran of his matrimonial law practice, and he is one of only 129 Board-Certified Family Relations Law Specialists in the state of Ohio. Bill is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and is a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers. He has delivered lectures to family lawyers before the American Bar Association and the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.

Attorney William R. Biviano has practiced law for 43 years, and he is a member of the bar of the state of Ohio. As the founding member of the Biviano Law Firm, he has carried on his focus of providing matrimonial and family law representation to multicounty clients. Bill has delivered papers and made presentations on family and matrimonial law issues to attendees at seminars sponsored by the American Bar Association Family Law Section; the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers; the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, Ohio Chapter; the Trumbull County Bar Association and is active in the American Bar Association Family Law Section and the Ohio State Bar Association Family Law Committee. Bill fosters a theory of actively and aggressively representing clients by coordinating expert litigation support and conducting case preparation that allows him the ability to litigate a case while presenting the position of a client during advanced and beneficial principled negotiations. He fosters the attitude of supporting clients in pre- and post-divorce planning and litigation, premarital agreement drafting and execution, cohabitation agreements, estate planning preparation during and after divorce litigation or settlement, post-judgment modification representation, litigation in juvenile and probate courts as well as appellate representation in the 7th and 11th Ohio District Appellate Courts.

Attorney Biviano is originally from Niles, Ohio, and resides with his wife Cheryl and their daughter Gina in Liberty Township where they breed and raise quarter horses.
